COUNTRY CHEESE BALL 
3/4 c. finely chopped cooked ham (or dried beef)
1 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion

Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup ham, onion, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Shape into ball. Coat with remaining ham. Chill; serve with crackers.
