CHILI TACO SALAD WITH BEANS | |
1 (15 oz.) can Wolf Brand Chili with Beans 2 1/2 c. shredded lettuce 1/2 c. ripe black olive slices 1 med.-sized tomato, chopped 1 c. guacamole 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. corn chips In 2 quart salad bowl, layer hot chili, lettuce, olives and tomato. Spoon guacamole over tomato; top with cheese and corn chips. Serve immediately. Serves 3-4. |
