NUT ROLL 
8 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 cake yeast (lg. size)
6 egg yolks
1 lb. butter
2 c. milk

Knead like for bread. Mix all together. Let rise overnight in a cool place.

FILLING:

Beat egg whites stiff. Add 2 cups sugar, then add 2 pounds ground nuts (I use the blender for the nuts), 2 teaspoons cinnamon (or more if you like). Add milk as needed to help spread filling. Roll out dough. Fill with nut filling and roll up. Bake 1 hour or until well done, 350 degrees. Makes 4 large loaves. (Spray pans with Pam before baking.)
