1 egg
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2-4 apples
Cinnamon & sugar
1 1/2 oz. chopped almonds

Mix egg, butter, sugar and flour. Stir a minute or two. Pour into greased and floured pie pan. Peel and slice apples. Cover batter with apple slices. Top with cinnamon, sugar and almonds. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 4.
