RICE SALAD I 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Prepare Minute Rice in 1 1/3 cups water (no salt). Mix and add the onion, salad oil, vinegar, salt, and curry powder to rice while hot. Chill 3 hours or more. Add and mix peas, celery, and mayonnaise.
