BROKE STEW 
1/2 lb. sliced hot dogs
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
1 can of whole potatoes, diced
1 (8 oz.) can peas

In fry pan, brown hot dogs and onions in butter until tender. Pour other ingredients in Dutch oven. Mix well. Add hot dog mixture. Heat and stir occasionally for about 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 cups.

This was good... I needed to add just a pinch of salt and I served it over rice to make it even more economical.
