3-4 lb. chuck or bottom round, cut in cubes about 1 inch square
2 cans onion soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup

Put cut up meat in roasting pan. Pour 4 cans of soup over same (don't add water). Stir; bake in oven 3 hours at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally.

If it looks dry after cooking for 1 hour, cover with loose aluminum foil.
