STEVE'S TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. tater tots
1/2 lb. Velveeta, sliced

Mix soups and milk together in saucepan; heat until warm. Brown beef; drain off fat. Place in dish and layer frozen tater tots on top. Pour soup on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.
