BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can French fried onion rings
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken (or mushroom, or 1 of each) soup
American cheese (Velveeta can be substitute)
Lg. bag frozen tater tots

Cover bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan or dish with ground beef. Cover with onion rings, then soup, then broccoli, then cheese slices and top with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serves 10-12.
