TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
Sliced Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Tater tots

Pat lean ground chuck into a 9x13 inch pan. Over this, put mixed vegetables. Layer with sliced cheese. Add soup undiluted. Top with enough tater tots to cover. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.
