PINEAPPLE - MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
2 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
About 18 lg. marshmallows
6 rings of pineapple, chopped & drained
2/3 c. pecans

Mix melted butter and flour in medium saucepan. Add milk, cook stirring constantly until thick. Take off stove and stir in marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are the size of a small marble. Let cool. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Refrigerate.
