PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed pineapple and juice

Mix the above and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can coconut
1 sm. can Pet milk

Boil together for 2 minutes and frost.
