MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. milk
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 beaten egg
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 lb. cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 5 ingredients. Brown and drain beef and onion. Pour 1/2 mixture into hot greased pan. Add all meat and onion and sprinkle all cheese over meat. Pour remaining 1/2 mixture (batter) over top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until well done.
