BARBECUED RIBS 
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 dashes Tabasco
2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
3/4 c. red wine (burgundy)
1 lb. ribs per person

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to slow boil. Meanwhile, brown ribs in roaster under broiler. Pour sauce over browned ribs and bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
