LO-CAL TUNA APPLE SALAD 
1 can tuna (6 1/2 oz.), drained
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tbsp. lite mayonnaise
1 unpeeled diced red apple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Lettuce as desired

Drain tuna and mix with other ingredients. Serve on lettuce or chill 1 to 2 hours. 4 - 1/2 cup servings: 126 calories 1/2 cup serving.
