GARDEN TUNA SALAD POCKETS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, in water
3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
2 hard boiled eggs, whites only, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Pita bread
Alfalfa sprouts
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices

In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, J.D.'s Magic, boiled egg whites, onions, celery, dill weed and mix together thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Cut pita bread across top on a curve. Open bread. Fill pita bread with tuna salad and sprouts, tomatoes and cucumbers.
