LUNCH BOX TUNA SALAD 
1 (3") wedge cabbage
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (4") carrot
1 (3 3/4 oz.) can tuna, water pack

Grate cabbage and carrot. Combine with parsley. Mix in drained tuna.

DRESSING:

4 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. undiluted apple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine in small jar. Pour on salad at meal time or use Kraft oil free Vinaigrette.
