PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. whipping cream
Peaches, 12 halves or enough sliced peaches to cover flour & sugar mixture

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar together. Cut in butter. Put all of mixture in bottom and sides of 8" square pan. Place peaches on top of flour mixture and sprinkle with rest of sugar and cinnamon (which have been mixed together). Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Mix egg and unwhipped cream together and pour over partially baked dessert and bake 30 minutes longer at 400 degrees. Serve warm or cold.
