OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins (optional)

Cream butter, sugars and pudding until smooth. Add eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in oats and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
