SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
Dash of salt
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can water chestnuts
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. whole med. shrimp, cooked
Buttered bread crumbs

Saute in butter, celery and onions. Thaw and drain broccoli. Combine with broccoli, salt, soup, cheese and water chestnuts. Fold in cooked rice and shrimp. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 2-quart casserole for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
