ROMA'S TOFFEE CRUNCH 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Saltine crackers
1 c. chocolate chips
Finely chopped walnuts

Line 9x13 pan with tin foil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Boil butter, butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into saltine lined pan. Bake in oven 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and wait 5 minutes. Spread evenly. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts and let cool. Break into pieces.
