SWISS MOCHA CHEESECAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened 1 c. non fat sour cream 1/3 c. white sugar 2 tbsp. General Foods International Coffees Swiss Mocha 1 tbsp. skim milk 1 (8 oz.) container of light Cool Whip (about 3 1/2 cups) 1 Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.) Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream. Measure 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Set remainder aside. Stir Swiss Mocha coffee and milk into measured 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of mocha flavored cheese mixture into crust. Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife or metal spatula through mixture to form pattern on top. Refrigerate until set (at least three hours). Preparation time: 15 minutes Note: Store leftover pie in refrigerator. Using the low calorie ingredients above, there are approximately 150 calories in one eighth of pie. You could probably make these into squares instead of a pie by using 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs mixed with 1/2 cups butter. |
