MOMMA'S MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafers, finely crushed
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 oz. sweet chocolate
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkgs. cream cheese
2 to 3 tsp. instant coffee
Dash of salt
Raspberries for garnish

Combine wafers, 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 tablespoon sugar. Grease sides and bottom of springform pie pan. Press crumb mixture into bottom of pan. Melt chocolate until smooth. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Add 3/4 cup sugar. Mix until well blended. Add chocolate, coffee and salt. Pour into pie pan. Bake cake at 350 degrees in oven for 40 minutes. Let cool on counter 45 minutes. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Remove sides of pan. Garnish with berries. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
