BEEF - POTATO CASSEROLE 
4-6 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Make layers of potatoes, crumbled beef, salt, pepper and onion. Add soup. Spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Bakes better in covered casserole. Makes 4-6 servings. May need some water.

May add: 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. canned tomatoes

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
