MOLDED STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sour cream

Add boiling water to Jello and stir well. Add strawberries (frozen) immediately and mix gently. Chill until slightly congealed. Add pineapple and nuts. Put 1/2 of mixture in 9 inch square pan. Chill. Put sour cream into other 1/2 of mixture and put on top of set first 1/2. Chill until set.
