Any hot peppers
White vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Water
Carrot

Grind up peppers or dice. Either use quart jar - pint jar. Add peppers to jar. Fill 3/4 the way in jar. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 clove garlic whole, 1 whole onion chopped, 1 carrot diced, 1/4 cup water and fill with vinegar. Best peppers in the south.
