HOT PEPPER RELISH 
12 sweet peppers (green and red)
12 hot red peppers
12 med. onions
2 c. sugar (according to taste)
1 pt. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Grind peppers and onions. Set overnight to get juice out. Pour into colander or cloth and let as much juice drip as possible. Add peppers and onions, and rest of ingredients. Cook until done over low heat. Put in jars while hot.
