BURGER OF THE DAY 
Fresh lean hamburger
Leah Perrins steak sauce
Salt & pepper
Onion, finely chopped (if desired)
Mushrooms, finely chopped (if desired)

First get your BBQ pit set up and get the fire going. Depending on how many burgers you want to make you will have to adjust the amount of ingredients. Break up hamburger, approximately 1 pound. Flatten on plate. Add enough steak sauce to partly cover meat with thin film. Add salt and pepper to desired taste. I don't use much salt due to the sauce. Mix thoroughly and add a little more sauce if smell of hamburger is stronger than sauce. Onion and mushrooms can be added for that extra flavor of a savory hamburger of the day. Hopefully your BBQ pit is ready for cooking. Cook to desired tasted.
