MOZZARELLA PIZZA BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Kraft Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1/3 tsp. oregano leaves
1 c. onion rings, sauteed
4 hamburger buns, split & toasted

Combine meat and salt; shape into 8 thin patties. Top each of 4 patties with 1/4 cup cheese and second patty; seal edges firmly. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. Heat together tomato sauce, mushrooms and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. For each sandwich, spread bottom half of bun with sauce. Top with onion, beef patty and additional sauce. Makes 4 sandwiches.
