LEFSA 
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Lard size of an egg
Salt
Scalding water

Mix together, make in balls like for a pie dough, and roll very thin. Bake on dry griddle either on stove or electric griddle at about 400 degrees. Watch so they don't burn. Bake on one side and turn. Bake on the other.
