BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1 c. corn meal
Dash of salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Break egg in a flat bowl and beat with a fork. In a plastic bag mix corn meal, salt, pepper, and Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Dip chicken in egg then put into bag and shake. Lay chicken in glass baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons oil or lay on a bed of dressing, cover with tin foil. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
