BAKED CHICKEN BREAST | |
6 pieces split bone-in chicken breast or 8 pieces boneless 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. celery salt 1 clove garlic, chopped fine 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. salt 1 c. bread crumbs or cracker meal 1. Combine sour cream and all other ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. 2. Add chicken to mixture, coating each piece well. 3. Let stand in this mixture overnight in refrigerator. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Remove chicken from mixture and roll in bread crumbs. 6. Arrange in layers in a large shallow baking pan. 7. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. 8. Spoon melted butter over chicken and continue baking, 15 to 20 minutes. |
