EASY MANDARIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with the juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured Pyrex dish. Bake in preheated oven of 350 degrees for 25 minutes, set on rack and cool. When cake is cool frost with:

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (some drained)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Combine all ingredients mixing well, spread on cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
