CHERRY CRUNCH 
3 sticks butter
2 cans Comstock cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish pour in 2 cans of cherry filling. Pour dry cake mix over top of cherries (do not press) level it with a spoon. Sprinkle pecans on the top of cake mix. Pour melted butter over top of pecans. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: For smaller dessert use 1 can of cherries, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 sticks butter and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake in a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.
