LEG OF LAMB 
Leg of lamb
Garlic cloves
Worcestershire sauce
Mint jelly
Salt & pepper
Prepared mustard
Flour & water

Cut cloves of garlic into slivers; cut small holes into the meaty part of the leg of lamb. Place the slivers of garlic into the holes. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on leg. Salt and pepper the leg. Cover with mustard. Bake, uncovered in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes per pound or until desired degree of pinkness has been reached. Remove from pan and slice. Flour and water can be added to the pan drippings to make a gravy. Serve lamb with mint jelly.
