LEG OF LAMB 
Leg of lamb, boned and tied
Salt, pepper, paprika
Flour
1 lg. can sm. white potatoes
Mushrooms, sliced; onions, cut up

Season leg of lamb with salt, pepper, paprika. Roll in flour so well coated. (You may reseason the flour coating.) Surround with onions and mushrooms which may also be seasoned. Add water to pan.

Roast in preheated oven 1/2 hour at 450 degrees. Lower to 350 degrees for 3 hours, turning 1 or 2 times as preferred.

Serve with mint jelly.
