BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. fish fillet
2 sticks butter
1-2 tsp. dill weed (to taste)
Salt, pepper
2 lg. onions, sliced
1-2 cans (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms (to taste), drained
2-3 tsp. lemon juice (to taste)

Preheat oven 250-300 degrees.

Melt butter in oven proof dish sized for fish to be in one layer. Place fish in butter, turning to coat each side.

Sprinkle dill weed, salt and pepper over fish. Add sliced onions and mushrooms on top of fish. Add lemon juice sprinkled over fish. Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes or until onions and fish are tender. Good!!
