MOLDED PEACH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of peach Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) bottle 7 Up
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Add boiling water to Jello. When cool, stir in the fruit, nuts, and mayonnaise. When just slightly set, fold in the cream which has been whipped with the salt. Gently stir in the 7 Up. Mold and let set overnight. Other fruit may be added such as bananas or seedless grapes.
