NO - KNEAD HONEY OATMEAL BREAD 
2 c. water, divided
1 c. oats, quick
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 egg
4-5 c. flour, divided
Melted butter

In a saucepan heat 1 cup water to boil. Stir in oats, butter and honey and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Heat remaining water to 110-115 degrees and dissolve yeast.

In a bowl combine yeast mixture, eggs, 2 cups flour and oat mixture. Beat with mixer until smooth. By hand, add enough remaining flour to make stiff batter. Spread batter evenly into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Smooth tops of loaves. Cover and let rise until double (30-40 minutes). Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove from pans. Brush with butter. Yield 2 loaves. 81 calories. 2 gm. fat.
