OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. salad oil

Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Add rolled oats. Combine egg, milk, honey and salad oil. Add all at once to flour mixture stirring just to moisten.

Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
