JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice

In another bowl mix:

3 good size apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Start off with a layer of batter, then a layer of apples, repeat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
