JEWISH APPLE CAKE | |
5 med. apples, peeled and sliced 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. of oil 4 eggs 1/4 c. orange juice 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla Bake at 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour in 1/2 batter, then 1/2 the apple mix. Pour the remaining batter and top with the remaining apple mix. Bake for 90 minutes. |
