APPLE STRUDEL 
DOUGH:

4 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 stick butter
1 c. warm milk

TOPPING:

1/2 stick melted butter
Chopped apples (3-4 lg. apples)
Sugar
Cinnamon
Coconut (flaked)
Pecan pieces

Mix the 4 ingredients for the dough and let stand for about 45 minutes. Roll out dough on well floured surface until almost paper thin. Brush dough with melted butter. Top liberally with chopped apples. Sprinkle liberally with sugar and cinnamon. Top with flaked coconut and pecan pieces. Roll dough up and place on cookie sheet. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown. When taken from oven, immediately brush on butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
