1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. quick cook oatmeal 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugars and oil. Add eggs and vanilla (beat well so oil doesn't separate). Add flour mixed with cream of tartar, soda and salt. Stir in Rice Krispies, oats, coconut and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Bake 8- 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't become too brown. Remove and cool. Makes 8-10 dozen cookies. |
