CHOUMMOUS 
1-2 cans chick peas or garbanzo beans
2-4 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 to 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil (Pompeii)
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. salt and pepper (pure ground)
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika

Drain water pack from beans and place in automatic blender. Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and blend at high speed until thick consistency. If you prefer a thicker consistency add an additional can of beans or use less olive oil, whichever you prefer.

Scoop or pour mixture from blender into clear bowl and top with 1/4 cup olive oil and paprika. Serve with pita bread or thin bread as a dip.

For a more traditional flavor add some chopped green onion to top or garnish with parsley. For best flavor let stand in refrigerator overnight. Serves 6-8 people.
