1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and egg well. Stir in Bisquick, nuts and chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes 4 dozen 1 1/2 inch cookies.
