POLYNESIAN PORK 
3 lb. pork, cut into bite-size pieces
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. pineapple tidbits and juice
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Lightly brown pork in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
