CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 head sm. cabbage, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Cook in lightly salted water until tender. Drain.

CHEESE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Layer cabbage and sauce in greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly. Top with seasoned crumbs, cornbread crumbs seasoned with poultry seasoning or Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing. Return to oven to brown.
