STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lbs. very lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs or croutons
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
Grated cheese

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, onion, small can of tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

While preparing the above place a large head of cabbage in 2 inches of boiling water - with a cover. Boil 6 minutes then turn off heat. Remove carefully large leaves. Place 1/2 cup meat mixture on leaf and roll up tightly. Continue until all meat mixture is used.

Place meat and cabbage rolls in roasting pan. Cover with one large can of tomato sauce and one large can of tomatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes covered. Uncover and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Serve on rice or noodles.
