SIMPLE CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 whole cabbage, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 can vegeburger (Loma Linda)
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
Minced garlic
Parsley
Oregano, salt, Italian seasoning
1/2 c. shredded mild cheese

Parboil cabbage until tender. Saute celery, onion, green pepper and burger in small amount of oil. Add seasoning and tomato sauce. Alternate cabbage and sauce mixture in baking dish with 1/2 cup mild cheese, shredded on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
